Effective snow and ice management is crucial for properties that pose high risks and experience heavy traffic. Maintaining clear parking lots and walkways throughout the winter, regardless of weather conditions, is imperative. A proactive approach is necessary, involving the use of suitable equipment and materials, along with deploying skilled and experienced crews. Our commitment to zero-tolerance snow and ice removal is particularly tailored for clients such as corporate properties, distrubution centers and critical infrastructure facilities, ensuring a comprehensive response before, during, and after snowstorms.
PAY-PER-PUSH - This contract is for the property manager who wants to pay for snow removal services if and when the snow falls. If there’s no snow, these clients are not billed. But if the snow flies, our crews are on call once accumulation is 2 inches or more. Two inches of snow is generally when we push the “go” button unless you’re on a robust full-service plan
SEASONAL CONTRACTS (2-3 Year Agreement) - Our seasonal snow removal contracts include a fixed price per month for snow services, and the contracts are active during the five winter months in PA & NJ for three years. We find that a multi-year contract gives clients the best value.
During one winter, we may get only 20 events in the northeast. Or, there are those years when we have a tremendous amount of snow or ice. Over the period of a few years, the snow events per year average out.
